Most classes begin with breath awareness, stretches and Pilates-inspired mat work, then move to standing Yoga poses, and wind down with a restorative Yoga pose and deep rest.

With skilled sequencing and an incredible knowledge of functional anatomy, Erin joyfully shares her inclusive, Iyengar-based classes with Yogis of all ages and abilities. Her adept use of props, careful alignment, clear instruction, a slower pace, and modifications support every person in the room. Through Asana (Yoga poses), Pranayama (guided breathing), and Savasana (deep rest) she will guide and empower you to find greater balance, strength, flexibility, and calm.
